Refund Policy

We want you to love your Trade Deck. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Returns

You may return your Trade Deck within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at [support email] with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item (see below).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

Need a different model? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange your Trade Deck for the right fit, subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your Trade Deck arrives damaged, defective, or isn't the item you ordered, contact us right away at [support email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll cover return shipping in this case, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

[Example — adjust to your policy: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and promotional or bundled items may not be eligible for return. List any exceptions specific to Trade Deck here.]

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer — it can take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at [support email].

Shipping Costs on Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the return is due to our error (a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
