Returns

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within [X business days].

Exchanges

Need a different model? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange your Trade Deck for the right fit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Trade Deck arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, contact us right away at hello@mytradedeck.com and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
